Q&A
How will I receive my digital gift card?
Your Lany Space E-Gift Card will be delivered instantly to your email after purchase. Please note that no physical card will be shipped, and we do not charge any service or maintenance fees.
How do I use my gift card?
Simply enter your unique code in the gift card field at checkout. And don't worry about capitalization, the codes aren't case-sensitive! If your order total exceeds your gift card balance, you can easily pay the remaining difference with any other accepted payment method.
Can I use multiple gift cards or combine them with a discount code?
Absolutely! You can apply multiple gift cards to a single order. You can also combine your gift card with any active discount codes at checkout to stack your savings.
Can I use the gift card more than once?
Yes! If your order total is less than your gift card balance, the remaining balance stays on your card for future purchases. The balance applies to your entire order total, including taxes and shipping.
Can I buy a gift card for someone else?
Yes! You can enter the recipient’s email at checkout to have it sent straight to them. Alternatively, you can purchase it yourself and forward the gift card email to your favorite person whenever you're ready.
Do gift cards expire?
No, Lany Space digital gift cards never expire. Feel free to take all the time you need to find the perfect piece to warm up your space.
Can I refund or exchange a gift card?
All gift card purchases are final sale. Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged once purchased, and cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase other gift cards.
What if my gift card is lost or stolen?
Please treat your digital gift card like cash. Lany Space is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards. If you accidentally deleted your original email, please contact our customer service, and we will do our best to help you locate the code.
