Yes, we offer free shipping to France. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please contact our Customer Care Team at support@lanyspace.com. Additional fees or delivery restrictions may apply for remote areas. Please note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

For Lany Space products, we ship from Los Angeles, United States or New York, United States.

Customers are responsible for any applicable sales taxes (if charged). Lany Space fully covers all import duties on orders shipping to France.

Your order will typically arrive around 30 days from the shipping date, depending on the carrier and your location.

Unfortunately, our shipping couriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes in France. Please provide a residential or business street address. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

We primarily use DPD / UPS for shipping to France. Please email us if these options do not work for you.

If your order has not been shipped, please email us at support@lanyspace.com with your order number and the updated shipping address. However, if your order has already been shipped, we are unable to assist with address changes. In such cases, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

We will assist you with the carrier while the tracking shows the package is in transit until it is delivered. However, if the package shows as successfully delivered, we cannot assist further. Please understand that Lany Space is not responsible for issues such as lost packages in apartments/houses or package theft.
